The ovens are hot and the doors are officially open! We are so excited to announce that Soul Fly Pizza is now serving the St. Anthony community.
Founded by Josh and Jen Swain, Soul Fly is all about “Fast-Crafted” pizza. Josh brings years of restaurant experience from the world of steak and breakfast to the pizza oven, while Jen has been the glue holding everything together as we’ve juggled “spinning plates”—balancing a new business launch with our busy family life.
What makes Soul Fly different?
It all starts with the dough. We use Grandma Soul’s secret recipe for our bread, giving you a crust that tastes like home. We’ve had our own kids in the kitchen acting as official “Pizza Testers” for weeks to make sure every topping combination is just right!
