Our Story.

Family dough & Local roots

Soul Fly started with one stubborn truth: great pizza begins with better dough. Mama Soul learned to make it from her grandmother in Italy — a slow, patient method that honors fermentation, time, and taste. That recipe came to Rexburg with her and became the backbone of every pie we serve.

We’re a family-owned, community-focused spot that sits somewhere between proper craft and everyday convenience. Come hungry. Leave full. Bring friends or keep it selfish. Our pies were made to be shared, but we won’t judge if you don’t.

Our dough is an old-world recipe that ferments slowly, so it develops depth and becomes easier on digestion. It contains gluten — intentionally — and tastes like the kind of crust you remember.

No fake cheese blends, no filler. High-quality cheeses, house sauces, responsibly sourced toppings where possible, and local touches (yes, local honey — you’ll thank us).

Eat local, play local. Beginning spring 2026, Soul Fly will offer paddleboard rentals so you can pair a day on the water with a hot pie. It’s a small, perfect way to slow down and enjoy this place we call home.
